City of Irvine Police Department

Nominated by a police lieutenant, the City of Irvine Police Department was awarded this year’s Freedom Award for outstanding support of its Guard and Reserve employees. The police department demonstrated support by sending care packages to deployed employees and coordinating special city council meetings honoring the service of military members.
